Responsibilities
Content Production
Assist with photo and video shoots (setup, lighting, logistics, equipment handling)
Support behind-the-scenes production during marketing content shoots
Help organize and manage production assets
Content & Social Media
Assist in planning and posting content for social media platforms
Help schedule and monitor social media posts
Support the team with content ideas and trends research
Basic photo editing for social media content
Research & Data
Conduct market research and competitor research
Assist with data mining and lead research
Help gather and organize marketing data
LinkedIn Support
Assist with LinkedIn research and outreach support
Identify potential leads, partners, or talent
Maintain and organize LinkedIn lists
General Marketing Support
Assist with marketing campaigns and initiatives
Help maintain marketing files, assets, and reports
Provide general administrative support for marketing projects
Requirements
Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Interest in content creation, marketing, and digital media
Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Familiarity with basic photo editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable doing both creative work and research/data tasks
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
Basic video editing skills
Experience assisting with photo or video shoots
Familiarity with LinkedIn research or lead generation

This position is open to applicants who can commit to the onsite schedule and who are enthusiastic about developing a career in Learning and Development.
