Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, maintaining a professional demeanor throughout.
• Accurately gather and input demographic information into electronic medical records.
• Respond to inquiries and provide requested information, delivering patient-centric service and upholding a positive organizational image.
• Advocate for and adapt to improvements in call flow processes and communication protocols.
• Propose enhancements and actively engage in initiatives to elevate service standards.
• Achieve and surpass set call volume targets.
• Strictly adhere to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) policies and Sequence Health regulations.
• Route calls to relevant departments as necessary.
• Exercise sound judgment in handling calls, particularly in situations involving upset patients.
• Recognize appropriate instances for escalating calls to physicians, practice managers, or triage nurses.
• Assist with reminder and rescheduling calls as required.
• Support callbacks and additional projects as call volumes allow.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting (preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive and positive approach to collaboration, particularly in identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and internet usage.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently multitask under time constraints.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Prior experience managing customer-focused accounts.
• Proven track record in fostering a service-oriented team culture.
• At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, customer service, or a related field.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Manila Time).
• Willing to work onsite (Clark Global City).
