The successful candidate will provide essential operational and administrative support across client and internal workflows. This role involves assisting with routine case management, data entry, system setup and stakeholder communications, ensuring accurate, timely delivery of tasks in line with established processes.
Responsibilities:
Carry out accurate data entry and maintain organised electronic records.
Assist with system and platform setup, annual roll forwards and routine maintenance tasks.
Manage routine stakeholder communications, including requests for documentation and status updates, with clear and professional written and verbal communication.
Monitor deadlines and follow established procedures to ensure timely case progression and escalation where necessary.
Support in automating manual workflows.
Adhere to confidentiality, data protection and internal control requirements at all times.
Qualifications:
Student with BS Computer Science or any IT related course.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow strict procedures.
Clear written and verbal communication skills when liaising with stakeholders or clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
